Zapier + Stripe + Docusign Automation Expert Needed (Enrollment Billing Workflow)

Job Description

We are building an automated enrollment and tuition billing workflow for a private sports academy and need an experienced developer to complete the Stripe billing portion of the system.

The front half of the workflow is already built.

Prospective families:

Complete an enrollment form (Typeform)

Sign an enrollment agreement (DocuSign)

Once the DocuSign envelope is completed, Zapier should automatically trigger our Stripe billing workflow.

We need help designing and implementing the Stripe automation so the billing process is fully automated and reliable.

Required Workflow

When a DocuSign envelope is completed, Zapier should:

1. Determine which Stripe account to use

We operate two campuses and maintain two Stripe accounts.

Zapier will pass a variable indicating the campus:

Tampa → Stripe Account A

Jacksonville → Stripe Account B

The billing must be created under the correct Stripe account automatically.

2. Generate a deposit payment request

A deposit payment link or Stripe Checkout session should be created and emailed to the family.

The deposit amount will be passed dynamically from Zapier.

The checkout should include metadata such as:

Player name

Family name

Campus location

Enrollment ID

Deposit amount

Monthly payment amount

Number of months

Billing start date

3. After the deposit is paid

Once Stripe confirms the deposit payment, the system should automatically create the monthly installment billing plan.

The billing variables will be passed from Zapier:

Monthly payment amount

Number of billing months

Start date for billing

The system must:

Start billing on the defined future start date

Bill monthly

Automatically stop after the specified number of months

This may be implemented using:

Stripe Subscriptions

Stripe Subscription Schedules

Stripe API calls if needed

We are open to the developer recommending the best Stripe architecture.
