Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and attend to clients and visitors professionally.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Handle basic administrative duties and record keeping.

Provide administrative support to various departments when required.

Requirements:

Proficient in computer operations and QuickBooks.
