We are a large-scale Print, Digital & Marketing Operations facility that supports major brands with high-volume production, packaging, and distribution of printed marketing materials, promotional items, and customized client orders.

Our operations run 24 hours a day, offering multiple shift opportunities in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Summary

We are proactively recruiting reliable and detail-oriented General Labour Associates to support warehouse and production operations.

This role focuses primarily on picking, packing, labeling, quality checking, and preparing client orders for shipment within a high-volume print and marketing production facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick marketing materials, printed products, or promotional items based on work orders.
  • Accurately pack finished materials according to client specifications.
  • Label boxes and shipments correctly.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure correct quantities and product accuracy.
  • Assemble kits or promotional packages as required.
  • Palletize and prepare shipments for distribution.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all health & safety procedures.
  • Support production team as needed.

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced production facility.
  • Repetitive tasks.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Lifting up to 40–50 lbs.

Compensation

  • Morning Shift: Minimum wage.
  • Afternoon / Night Shift: Competitive shift premium (rate to be confirmed).

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 6 months of previous warehouse, production, or order picking experience required.
  • Experience in picking, packing, or order fulfillment is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail (critical in printed materials and client orders).
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for full shift.
  • Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.
  • Advance English communication skills.
