Hello! We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Team Member III to join the family! Del Real Foods is a traditional Mexican food manufacturer born out of a family farm. Today, Del Real Food makes tamales, carnitas, salsas, and other recipes inspired by the Cardenas' native Jalisco -- all created by hand with fresh ingredients and nothing artificial.

Observing Good Manufacturing Practices, the warehouse Team Member III supports all aspect of the warehouse as well as production -- from Inventory to Shipping and Receiving and Product Management

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Must understand the appropriate requirements in the use of code dates and product rotation.

2. Follow all company’s safety procedures

3. Must be able to perform all activities relating to product management (Month end Inventory, physical cycle counts, Identifying, staging, inventory rotation and management).

4. Adhere to all product-handling procedures.

5. Verify date codes on each pallet and quantity information.

6. Follow proper allergen storage procedures

7. Ensure inventory transactions are accurately logged and participating in daily cycle counts and reconciliation activities.

8. Must have a positive attitude when helping peers, leaders, or supervisors

9. Assist the Shipping and Receiving team as needed

10. Maintain hygiene; follow GMP’s; SQF and USDA guidelines.

11. Ability to operate Forklift (Reach; Standup) and Electric Pallet Jacks.

12. Verify that equipment is in good working condition.

13. Ability to Load & Unload truck as required

Requirements and Duties:

1. Must be responsible and fast learner.

2. Must have good organization skills

3. Must have strong calculative and analytical skills

4. Excellent communication skills

5. High School (able to read write)

6. Minimum 5 + experience on the field (Food Industry is a plus) operating under the following:

a. Forklift certification & ability to operate the following equipment: Reach; Standup and pallet jack.

b. Knowledge of Warehouse management system (WMS) and RF scanners

After completing an application, qualified candidates will be scheduled for a phone screen followed by an interview with the warehouse management team and an equipment validation. Selected candidates will then be scheduled for an offer of employment and orientation!
