Overview

We are an established multi-channel eCommerce company launching and scaling our Walmart Marketplace presence.


We are seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Operations Manager with documented experience standing up Walmart stores from zero and managing backend execution across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.

This is not a generic listing role. You must have direct, verifiable Walmart Marketplace rollout experience.

Scope of Work

Walmart Store Rollout & Setup
Assist with Walmart Seller Center setup and onboardingCategory approval and compliance navigationShipping template configuration and SLA setupTax setup and account configurationReturn policy configurationWFS setup (if applicable)Product feed uploads and troubleshootingAttribute mapping and variation logic specific to WalmartSuppression and feed error resolutionListing health monitoringCatalog & Multi-Channel Execution
Create and manage listings across Walmart, Amazon, ShopifyBulk uploads using flat filesVariation and attribute troubleshootingInventory sync using SellerCloud or similarMaintain clean SKU mapping across channelsOperations & Reporting

You must have prior Walmart Marketplace rollout experience

Minimum qualifications:
Successfully launched at least 2 Walmart Marketplace stores from zeroExperience resolving Walmart feed errors and listing suppressionsFamiliarity with Walmart performance standards and Buy Box logicExperience with bulk flat file uploadsMulti-channel inventory sync experienceStrongly Preferred:
