VP/ FP/A Finance / Revenue Operations

Role Overview


We are seeking a high-potential VP of FP&A; Finance & Revenue Operations to help shape the next phase of growth for a global, PE-backed SaaS company in fintech/lending automation. This is a forward-looking, strategic finance and operations role reporting directly to the CEO, spanning FP&A;, revenue operations, and operating cadence. You will partner with executive leadership, private equity sponsors, and functional leaders to drive clarity, accountability, and informed decision-making.


 


Key Responsibilities 



  • Own company-wide FP&A; including budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning

  • Build operating models (ARR, bookings, pipeline, burn, headcount, cash)

  • Partner with the CEO on strategy, scenario modeling, and capital allocation

  • Prepare Board and investor materials

  • Lead Revenue Operations including forecasting, territory planning, and GTM analytics

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on efficiency & unit economics

  • Support M&A; diligence and integration planning

  • Drive cost optimization across a global organization


 


Who You Are Key



  • 7–12 years finance experience (SaaS preferred)

  • Strong FP&A; and modeling background

  • Exposure to PE-backed environments and/or M&A

  • Operator mindset with executive presence

  • Comfortable in ambiguity and building structure
