Virtual Personal Assistant – Remote Executive Support

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Virtual Personal Assistant (VPA) to provide remote executive support. In this role, you will help senior leaders manage schedules, communications, and daily priorities—ensuring smooth operations and maximum productivity in a fast-paced, virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across time zones

  • Handle professional email correspondence and follow-ups

  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports

  • Organize digital files and maintain accurate records

  • Assist with travel planning, itineraries, and expense tracking

  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

  • Track action items, deadlines, and priorities

  • Support ad-hoc administrative and personal tasks as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office

  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Slack, Trello/Asana, Calendly

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

  • Knowledge of CRM tools or basic project management
