Virtual Marketing Manager/Admin (Remote), Remote Job

If you're a self-starter who thrives on strategy and execution, this role gives you the autonomy to build, measure, and scale campaigns that truly make a difference.

What You'll Do

  • Own all marketing activities, campaigns, and reporting

  • Manage SEO and local SEO agencies, content writers, and vendors

  • Oversee paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google; expand into TikTok/YouTube

  • Run segmented email campaigns and direct mail through HubSpot

  • Build workflows for lead nurturing and sales automation

  • Track and report on KPIs: visitors, leads, cost per lead, ROAS

  • Run ongoing tests across creatives, offers, and landing pages

  • Collaborate with Sales & Operations to ensure smooth marketing-to-sales handoff

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of marketing management experience (agency or in-house)

  • Proficiency with HubSpot (marketing + sales automation)

  • Experience managing vendors/freelancers

  • Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, and email campaigns

  • Data-driven, comfortable with KPIs and analytics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
