Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities including job postings, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases with accurate candidate information.

  • Communicate promptly with candidates regarding application status and interview logistics.

  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and outcomes.

  • Manage HR-related correspondence and documentation securely and confidentially.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, or similar role (preferably remote).

  • Familiarity with online recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and virtual communication software (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR support or recruitment, ideally in a virtual or remote setting.

Working Hours
