Virtual HR Assistant – Female Career Returnees Preferred

Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated Virtual HR Assistant to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for female professionals returning to the workforce who wish to rebuild their career in Human Resources while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. You will assist our HR team in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation, ensuring smooth HR operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the required documents and resources.

  • Prepare and organize HR reports, letters, and other official documentation.

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and remote team-building initiatives.

  • Respond to HR-related queries from employees and escalate complex issues to senior HR staff.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in updating HR guidelines as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
