Job Summary

Your Career

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Video Content Creator to join our fast-moving marketing team. This is an AI-first role designed for a creator who views generative AI as their primary co-pilot. While our team is already integrated with AI workflows, we are looking for someone to be a driving force in our daily execution. We need a creator who is constantly pushing the boundaries of what our current tools can do and uncovering new ways to augment our production pipeline.

You are a proactive explorer of the creative frontier. You naturally dive into new tools as they emerge and quickly master them to bring fresh, innovative workflows to the team. In this role, you will take ownership of video projects and use a hybrid of traditional craft and cutting-edge AI tools to produce high-impact content for a global audience.

Your Impact

  • Execute end-to-end video projects by utilizing the team’s existing AI stack while exploring new plugins and platforms.

  • Actively contribute to the team’s AI Playbook by identifying manual or time-consuming creative tasks that can be optimized or replaced through new AI techniques.

  • Partner with senior editors and designers to prototype new visual styles and storytelling techniques. Use generative tools to build proof-of-concept assets that help the team visualize complex cybersecurity concepts with high speed and precision.

  • Refine and document effective prompting strategies to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across various generative models.

  • Version and package content for a global multi-channel presence (LinkedIn, YouTube, X), using AI to ensure every asset is tailored for maximum engagement.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in video editing or digital content creation (Portfolio/Reel required, showcasing a clear integration of AI tools).

  • Hands-on experience with generative tools such as Google VEO, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.

  • Strong foundational skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; you should know how to bridge the gap between AI-generated assets and a polished final edit.

  • An Early Adopter Mindset: You possess a natural drive to explore emerging platforms and software releases. You are adept at evaluating new beta features and determining their practical value for enhancing creative workflows.

  • A desire to work in a fast-paced environment where the workflow is constantly evolving. You aren’t married to "the way it’s always been done."

  • Detail-Oriented Eye: Even when using AI, you have a high bar for quality, ensuring that final outputs meet professional brand standards.

The Team

Step into the Creative Services team, the central hub where all high-impact brand narratives are born. We are an AI-first, highly collaborative group of editors, designers, and illustrators dedicated to bringing Palo Alto Networks’ mission to life through visually compelling content. As a member of our video team, you’ll be on the front lines, turning complex cybersecurity concepts into engaging visual stories that educate customers, energize partners, and define our brand globally. We value shared expertise, speed, and continuous learning, especially as we pioneer the use of AI and other cutting-edge tools to evolve our craft.
