Venue Operations [Remote]

<p> THE ROLE<br /> Live Nation is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Operations expert to join the Live Oak Pavillion and Greenfield Lake Amphitheater team. This position will be hands-on experience in an exciting, fast-pace, friendly and inspired setting. This position reports to the Operations Manager and General Manager. This is not a remote position.<br /> WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO<br /> • Works directly with the venue leadership or Operations Manager to perform day of show duties<br /> • Assists in the setup and tear down of 100% of the venue's assets for all events - Chairs, tables, tents, signage, etc.<br /> • Perform regular preventive and general maintenance around the site, buildings,<br /> including painting, cleaning, landscaping and Misc. Projects.<br /> • Respond to or elevate staff/guest inquiries and or concerns regarding all shows, artist meet and greet packages, amenities, as well as our VIP program and seat upgrades<br /> • Perform opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy<br /> • Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area and<br /> reporting any issues encountered<br /> • Keep current on all Standard Operating Procedures and be able to effectively<br /> communicate them to team members<br /> • Diagnose safety issues around the site, help prevent potential safety hazards.<br /> • Detect and/or respond to faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.<br /> • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.<br /> • If applicable, driving forklift and/or other company vehicles and complete all required tasks that fall under those positions.<br /> • Assist with venue setup/event conversions.<br /> • Additional tasks as requested by management.<br /> WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING<br /> • Ability to handle multiple tasks/issues at one time effectively, with an upbeat attitude<br /> • Prioritization of duties and effective communication skills<br /> • Skills in guest relations<br /> • Able to handle manual labor<br /> • Able to handle long show days; up to 15 hours.<br /> • High School Diploma or GED required<br /> EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY<br /> We aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
