Salary: £28,100

Contract: Full‑Time (Seasonal roles also available)

Routes: Southern UK / Nationwide / Local Internal


We’re expanding fast — and we’re looking for skilled, motivated Van Drivers with a passion for motorcycles to join our growing logistics team at 4th Dimension Innovation and 365 Moto. Whether you love long‑distance routes, prefer consistent local work, or want to step into the motorcycle claims and transport world, this is your chance to be part of a team that thrives on professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service.


️ What You’ll Be Doing


  • Collect motorcycles from customers and accurately document condition, damage, or incident details.
  • Deliver repaired, salvage, retail‑sold, or hire motorcycles safely and efficiently.
  • Transport parts, packages, and hire fleet vehicles as required.
  • Complete all delivery and collection paperwork with precision.
  • Maintain your assigned van — clean, road‑ready, and driven with mechanical sympathy.
  • Support onsite teams with general logistics, stock control, and ad‑hoc operational tasks.
  • Represent the business with outstanding customer service at every stop.


What You Bring


  • Full UK driving licence (held 2+ years, max 6 points).
  • Van driving experience — multi‑drop or regional preferred.
  • Motorcycle handling experience (or willingness to learn for internal roles).
  • Strong communication and customer‑facing professionalism.
  • High attention to detail, especially with paperwork and condition reporting.
  • Physically fit, self‑motivated, and reliable.
  • Experience using PDA delivery/collection systems is an advantage.


Bonus Skills


  • Previous experience in motorcycle transport, repair, hire, or insurance environments.
  • A genuine passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle community.



Role Options


  • Regional Transport Driver — Southern UK or nationwide routes, Tuesday–Saturday or Monday–Friday.
  • Local Internal Driver — Fixed routes between Egham, Farnham & Yateley (Mon–Sat, 8am–4:30pm).
  • Seasonal Drivers — Join us during peak months with potential for long‑term progression.


Start Times: Flexible between 5am–12pm for regional roles.
