GE Vernova est à la recherche d'un(e) Recruteuse/Recruteur Relations Universités pour la région EMEA motivé(e) et hautement organisé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe d'Acquisition de Talents.

Ce rôle est crucial pour construire notre futur pipeline de talents, en se concentrant exclusivement sur l'attraction, l'évaluation et l'embauche des meilleurs stagiaires, coopérants et talents de niveau débutant provenant des universités et des collèges à travers les États-Unis.

Il s'agit d'un rôle de recrutement à haut volume qui nécessite une exécution exceptionnelle, une passion pour l'expérience des candidats et un intérêt profond pour le développement des talents en début de carrière.

Responsabilités :

Recrutement et Sourcing (Focus sur le Haut Volume) :

  • Gérer un volume élevé de demandes pour des rôles en début de carrière à travers diverses fonctions commerciales (par exemple, Ingénierie, Finance, Digital, Opérations).

  • Exécuter le processus de recrutement complet pour les talents de niveau débutant, y compris la publication d'offres d'emploi, le sourcing de candidats, le dépistage, la planification, la négociation des offres et les transferts des nouvelles recrues.

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les managers recruteurs pour comprendre leurs besoins en talents et développer des stratégies de sourcing ciblées pour les embauches sur les campus.

  • Assurer une expérience candidate de classe mondiale, en servant de point de contact principal et d'ambassadeur de la marque pour tous les candidats en début de carrière.

Relations Universités et Événements :

  • Soutenir activement et participer aux activités de relations avec les universités, y compris les salons de l'emploi, les entretiens sur le campus, les sessions d'information, les événements de réseautage et l'engagement ciblé des organisations étudiantes.

  • Aider à soutenir la logistique et la coordination des événements sur le campus, en s'assurant que les matériels, la technologie et la participation de l'équipe sont bien organisés.

  • Maintenir le suivi des candidats pour tous les événements d'engagement universitaire et toutes les métriques de l'entonnoir des candidats.

Excellence Opérationnelle :

  • Maintenir des données précises et opportunes dans le Système de Suivi des Candidats (ATS) pour assurer la conformité et un reporting robuste sur les métriques de recrutement.

  • Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration continue du processus de recrutement sur le campus, en améliorant l'efficacité et la qualité des candidats.

Qualifications et Expérience requises :

  • 3-5 ans d'expérience professionnelle de préférence dans un rôle de recrutement en "Early Careers"

  • Intérêt démontré pour le domaine de l'Acquisition de Talents ou des Ressources Humaines.

  • Expérience ou niveau de confort élevé pour travailler dans un environnement rapide et à haut volume.

  • Volonté de voyager pendant les saisons de recrutement de pointe sur les campus.

  • Une expérience préalable en recrutement universitaire, coordination de campus ou gestion d'événements est un atout majeur.

GE Vernova is looking for a driven and highly organized University Recruiter - EMEA to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is crucial to building our future talent pipeline, focusing exclusively on attracting, assessing, and hiring top interns, co-ops, and entry-level talent from universities and colleges across the US. This is a high-volume recruiting role that requires exceptional execution, a passion for the candidate experience, and a deep interest in early-career talent development.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Sourcing (High Volume Focus):

  • Manage a high volume of requisitions for early-career roles across various business functions (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Digital, Operations).

  • Execute the full-cycle recruiting process for entry-level talent, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and new-hire handoffs.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies for campus hires.

  • Ensure a world-class candidate experience, serving as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador for all early-career applicants.

University Relations & Events:

  • Actively support and participate in university relations activities, including career fairs, on-campus interviews, information sessions, networking events, and targeted student organization engagement.

  • Help support logistics and coordination for campus events, ensuring materials, technology, and team participation are well-organized.

  • Maintain candidate tracking for all university engagement events and all candidate funnel metrics.

Operational Excellence:

  • Maintain accurate and timely data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and robust reporting on recruiting metrics.

  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve the campus recruiting process, enhancing efficiency and candidate quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience preferably in an early career recruiting role.

  • Demonstrated interest in the field of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

  • Experience or strong comfort level working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Willingness to travel during peak campus recruiting seasons.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Prior experience in university recruiting, campus coordination, or event management is a strong plus.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail—the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously is a must.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; confident and engaging presentation ability when speaking with students, faculty, and internal leaders.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and energized by connecting with and mentoring early-career talent.
