The Role As an Estate Planning Paralegal, you will be a key part of the legal team, working closely with attorneys to move matters forward efficiently and accurately. Among other things, your responsibilities will include: • Drafting & Document Preparation: Using our modern, proprietary software system, prepare estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments • Client Coordination: Communicating with clients to answer their questions, gather information, follow up on outstanding items, and keep matters moving • File & Workflow Management: Managing deadlines, checklists, and document organization across active matters • Attorney Support: Assisting attorneys with revisions, execution preparation, and post-signing follow-up • Team Collaboration: Working independently while staying connected throughout the day with a responsive and amazing remote team What You Bring to the Table • Estate Planning Experience (Required): You have prior experience working in trusts and estates or estate planning.
