Our culture values each school’s identity, teamwork across the Trust, and a relentless focus on ensuring no child or family is left behind.<br><br>This is a pivotal operational support role at the heart of Learners’ Trust, providing high-quality administrative, organisational and project coordination support to the Trust Operations Manager and Chief Operations Officer.<br><br>You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of Trust operations, supporting policy compliance, operational processes, internal communications and staff engagement initiatives.
