Travel Retail-Consumer Insights Intern(June 2026-December 2026)

<p>Main Purpose</p><p>Reporting to Consumer Insights Manager, the Consumer Insights intern is responsible for working with the broader Consumer & Market Intelligence team to deliver impactful research solutions to internal stakeholders.</p><p>In this process, the Consumer Insights Intern will learn and understand the process of qualitative and quantitative analysis through hands-on involvement in key research projects. As an intern, you will be able offered a diverse range of learning opportunities to develop both your technical and soft skills, as well as exposure to agency and internal stakeholder management.</p><p>Key Responsibilities </p><ul><li>Assist in the set-up, collection, and organization of research data with team support, including material design and script/data checks </li><li>Support in the development of weekly internal reports, as well as ad-hoc survey questionnaires to ensure clear and concise outputs to stakeholders</li><li>Collaborate with agencies to support on project deliverables, as well as to communicate updates to internal stakeholders on project status and to deliver insights in a timely manner</li><li>Work with the team on consumer-focused projects in fieldwork and reporting e.g., day-to-day vendor communication, contribution to report development, sharing of perspective in data/narrative analysis etc.</li><li>Assist in ad-hoc research and strategy tasks, e.g., desk & secondary research etc. as required.</li><li>Propose and plan for new internal projects to drive consumer-centricity within the organisation</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Background in any related field of study such as Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications or Psychology etc.</li><li>Interest in market research, consumer insight research or behavioural research</li><li>Strong command and fluency in English – spoken and written. Oral and written fluency in Chinese will be an advantage.</li><li>Self-starter appreciated - high energy levels, positive and enthusiastic. Open-minded and willing to learn.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate your thoughts and ideas well</li><li>Organised, detail-oriented and meticulous with strong project management capabilities</li><li>Must be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint</li></ul><p></p>
