<div><strong>ONLY COMPLETE THIS APPLICATION...IF YOU HAVE REQUESTED TO BE PLACED ON THE TRANSFER REQUEST LIST AND YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR</strong><strong>.</strong><br><br>A Transfer Request List is maintained for employees who wish to be considered for transfer to the same position title or another position at the same or lower Pay Grade as the employee's current position, as long as the employee meets the minimum qualifications of the requested position. </div><div>Any City employee who wishes to be placed on the Transfer Request List must write a memo or send an email to the Human Resources Director requesting approval to be placed on the list.  Upon approval, employees will be notified to complete the Transfer Request List application.  The employee is required to complete the application form within two weeks of the Human Resources Director's approval.</div><div> </div><div>When completing the application you will be asked which classifications you are interested in (at the same or lower Pay Grade as your current position).  Please be specific about which classifications you are interested in and the lowest Pay Grade you are willing to accept.  Once your application and supplemental questionnaire is completed, the Human Resources Analyst will determine the current Eligible Lists for which you are qualified to have your name placed. </div><div> </div><div>After the Human Resources Analyst review is complete, you will be notified via email of the current Eligible Lists your name has been added to and the expiration dates of those lists.  <br>Please remember that you must continue to watch for new job openings posted on <u><a href="http://www.mesaaz.gov/jobs/">http://www.Mesaaz.gov/Jobs/</a></u> and apply for vacancies as they occur through a recruitment process.</div>
