Additionally, the identified candidate will work collaboratively with his/her counterparts across the United States to assist in the support of 3PL engagements in Santa Fe Springs, CA - Carrollton, TX - San Diego, CA, and Manchester-NH. The selected candidate will lead a small team of Raytheon logistics professionals and will be responsible for collaborating with the 3PL to ensure Logistics performance is aligned with Raytheon defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), including, but not limited to, Dock to Stock, Inventory Accuracy, and Shop order/Kitting cycle times. This oversight will be performed through daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews of 3PL performance. The candidate will assist in identifying, developing, and initiating arenaflex savings activities with our 3PL through waste reduction and lean concepts. Additionally, the candidate will help to monitor 3PL compliance with contract requirements and ensure output quality is aligned with expectations. The candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our 3PL and Raytheon factory, identifying concerns, supporting factory initiatives, etc. The selected candidate will assist in the strategy and business case development for new engagements.
