Company Description PatientFi® is a technology-based, point-of-sale financing company in Irvine, CA that partners with healthcare providers to offer patients a friendly payment solution for out-of-pocket medical and dental procedures. The company serves various healthcare specialties, including plastic surgery, dermatology, ophthalmology, dentistry, fertility, and medical spas. PatientFi's mission is to expand patient access to elective healthcare treatments by removing the arenaflex barrier and providing patients with a convenient payment option. Job Description The Territory Manager - Fertility is a pivotal sales and account management role at PatientFi. This position focuses on growth by partnering with fertility clinics, IVF centers, and reproductive specialists to introduce and optimize the PatientFi platform. Through their efforts, they drive revenue by prospecting, acquiring, onboarding Practices onto the PatientFi platform, training Practices on how to use the platform and sell more treatments and then growing the relationship moving forward. FTMs must be able to multitask, self-manage, and operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function with high proficiency. The requirements listed below are representative, but not all-inclusive of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities needed to perform successfully in this position. Key Responsibilities: ● Meet and exceed quarterly territory sales quotas. ● Conduct sales calls, both in-person and on Zoom. ● Onboard new fertility practices and train clinic staff on the PatientFi platform, including best practices for increasing patient conversions and improving treatment accessibility. ● Travel regularly throughout your territory to visit practices, strengthen relationships, and uncover new opportunities. Monthly, consistent travel required. ● Attend Fertility Tradeshows and Regional or In Territory events to help drive leads and/or adoption. ● Update and maintain detailed Practice interactions via the PatientFi CRM platform. Requirements: ● 3-5+ years of sales-related experience with a strong preference for experience in fertility, reproductive medicine, women’s health, or elective medical services. ● Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas, top-performer ● Demonstrated proficiency with a strong sales process. ● Excellent interpersonal skill + strong ability to overcome objections ● Strong attention to detail, including tracking sales efforts in Customer Relationship Management systems ● Comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving processes, systems, tools, etc ● Thorough understanding of the fertility industry or elective medical finance industry. ● Must be skilled and extremely proficient using and selling via a technology-based platform.
