How You’ll Make an Impact

  • As a Temporary Data Analyst, you’ll support a time-bound internal data standardization effort by applying established rules and procedures to business records. Your work will help improve consistency, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency across Dudek systems.
  • This role is part of the Business Operations team and supports cross-functional initiatives through accurate and timely data execution.

This position is a temporary position with an end date. Temporary employees are those employed for short-term assignments. Schedules will vary from week to week based on project requirements. Position is not eligible for company benefits except as required by applicable law.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Apply standardized updates to business records following documented instructions
  • Review records for completeness and formatting consistency
  • Prepare records for internal quality review
  • Track completed work and escalate exceptions as instructed
  • Document actions taken in accordance with project guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal team members to meet project timelines

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative, data support, or operations roles
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or professional services systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (basic functions, filtering, data entry)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow structured processes and documentation
  • Strong written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting data standardization or administrative projects
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint
  • Compensation: $28.00-$35.00 hourly*
  • Final agreed-upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location. Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check prior to beginning employment.
