Your role will be diverse, encompassing office coordination and HR support, making every day unique!</p><br/><p><strong> </strong></p><br/><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><br/><p><strong>Office Coordination:</strong></p><br/><p>- Greet visitors with our signature warm welcome as the first point of contact.</p><br/><p>- Manage relationships with service providers to keep our office running efficiently.</p><br/><p>- Handle office Health & Safety, including fire drills and safety checks.</p><br/><p>- Maintain stock control of office supplies-coffee is a must for Monday mornings!</p><br/><p>- Support large meetings and events, ensuring everything is in place.</p><br/><p> </p><br/><p><strong>HR Administration:</strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li>Maintain and track training attendance, coordinating sessions as needed.</li><br/><li>Assist with HR documentation and ensure employee records are up to date.</li><br/><li>Provide support for company inductions and people-related events.</li><br/><li>Collaborate on HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.</li><br/></ul><br/><p><strong>What Makes You a Great Fit:</strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li>Previous experience in an office or administrative role, ideally with some HR exposure.</li><br/><li>Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.</li><br/><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal-being the face of our office means you shine in this area!</li><br/><li>A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help where needed.</li><br/><li>A love for dogs-our office is pet-friendly!</li><br/></ul><br/><p> </p><br/><p><strong>Our Values:</strong></p><br/><p>We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of respect, dedication, and passion.
