Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our spa services and special offers
  • Engage in warm calling strategies to build rapport and convert inquiries into bookings
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, update records, and manage follow-ups
  • Negotiate service packages and appointment times to meet client needs while achieving sales goals
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and promote new treatments
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience
  • Develop business relationships through effective communication, fostering long-term client loyalty

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or service sales
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
