A leading global digital consulting and technology services organisation is seeking experienced Oracle EBS Payroll Techno-Functional Consultants / Technology Architects to support and deliver Oracle EBS HCM solutions for UK public sector clients.

This role focuses on Oracle EBS Payroll, Absence, and Core HR modules, requiring strong expertise in UK payroll processes and hands-on experience with Oracle Global Payroll / Absence Cloud. You will support existing solutions, lead client discussions, and deliver scalable payroll solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Oracle EBS HCM implementations and support, focusing on Payroll and Absence modules.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
  • Work with Oracle Global Payroll / Absence Cloud for UK public sector clients.
  • Conduct SIT, UAT, Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and provide hypercare support.
  • Use HCM technical tools such as HDL, HCM Extract, BI Reporting, Fast Formulae, and Payroll Batch Loader.
  • Lead client discussions on integrations, data migration, and reporting.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance for existing Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Maintain status reporting, RAID logs, and risk mitigation plans.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of experience implementing Oracle EBS HCM (Payroll, Absence, OTL) for the UK.
  • Strong expertise in UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Global Payroll / Absence Cloud for UK public sector clients.
  • Strong knowledge of HDL, HCM Extract, BI Reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll Batch Loader.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to technical, business, and leadership stakeholders.
