Love logistics, problem-solving, and seeing how things actually move behind the scenes?

As a Supply Chain Intern, you’ll get a front-row seat to how our warehouse and logistics engine runs. You’ll work closely with our 3PL partners to track performance, keep systems in check, and help manage returns. Basically making sure things move smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll also help spot what’s not working (and how to fix it), support projects that make our operations faster and smarter, and get stuck into real logistics work that actually makes an impact. Expect hands-on exposure to DC operations, 3PL management, and the full end-to-end supply chain in a fast-paced fashion retail environment, definitely not a “watch and learn” kind of internship.

Main responsibilities :

  • You’ll support the Supply Chain team in keeping our warehouse and logistics operations running smoothly day to day. This includes but not limited to:
    • Working closely with our 3PL partners to manage online and offline returns and make sure service level agreements (SLA) are met
    • Create and validate warehouse documentation to ensure system and physical stock accuracy
    • Update weekly performance reports on warehouse and logistics KPIs and flag issues or trends early to the team
    • Develop new processes or ways we oversee returns processes in warehouse and operational matrics
    • Spotting process gaps or inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions
  • Supporting logistics projects related to operations improvements, new market launches, and network optimisation — from planning to execution

What you’ll gain :

  • Hands-on exposure to DC operations and 3PL management
  • A solid understanding of how the end-to-end supply chain works in the fashion industry
  • Real experience working with internal and external stakeholders - Practical skills in operations, reporting and problem-solving
  • The chance to own projects and suggest improvements that actually get implemented

Qualifications & Experience

  • Available for internship program from May until October 2026
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets (mandatory)
  • SQL knowledge is a plus, but not required

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • A Love, Bonito culture fit who understands (or is excited to learn) our brand and values
  • Naturally curious — you like asking “why?” and “how can this be better?”
  • A self-starter who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved
  • A fast learner who enjoys figuring things out in a dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with strong follow-through
  • A problem solver who approaches issues logically and systematically
  • Most importantly, a team player who communicates openly and works well across functions

Why This Internship Is Worth It?

If you’re curious about how products move from warehouse to customer, enjoy solving operational puzzles, and want real exposure to supply chain operations in a fast-paced fashion brand, this internship will stretch you — in a good way.
