Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any recurring issues or concerns. Implement and maintain processes and procedures for handling complaints and appeals. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to customer complaints and appeals. Handle escalated cases and provide guidance and support to team members. Create and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the team. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding complaints and appeals. Continuously strive to improve and streamline processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
