What You’ll Do

  • Keep team schedules organized and updated in Connecteam
  • Help onboard new team members by scheduling training shifts and sending welcome messages
  • Check bookings and align staff schedules so workshops run smoothly
  • Respond to guest inquiries using friendly, pre-approved templates
  • Log tips, reviews, and reports to help the team stay on track
