Sr Manager/ Global Security / Investigation Technology

Global Security Technology Leadership

  • Own the strategy, oversight, and performance of all global security technology systems, including access control, CCTV, alarm platforms, weapons detection, GSOC monitoring tools, and investigation software.
  • Establish global technology standards, lifecycle plans, and platform governance.
  • Ensure systems deliver accurate, timely, and actionable data to support incident response, investigations, and venue operations.

Systems Ownership & Performance

  • Ensure all security systems remain operational, resilient, and optimized across all venues, offices, and international locations.
  • Lead technology refreshes, upgrades, and large-scale deployments, ensuring consistent global configurations.
  • Oversee system integrations to consolidate data and enhance GSOC, threat detection, and investigative capabilities.

Incident & Investigation Technology Support

  • Serve as the primary technical expert supporting investigations, major incidents, and critical events.
  • Retrieve, analyze, and manage video evidence, access logs, system data, and digital records.
  • Maintain standards for data integrity, chain of custody, and evidence management.
  • Support external law enforcement request for data and evidence as needed.

Technology Strategy, Innovation & Standards

  • Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI driven video analytics, automated weapons detection, and advanced monitoring solutions; recommend adoption based on risk, value, and feasibility.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy laws such as GDPR, surveillance regulations, data retention policies, and global legal requirements.
  • Develop and maintain global security technology SOPs, governance policies, and documentation.

Vendor, Project & Budget Management

  • Oversee all security technology vendors, integrators, and support partners, including contract negotiations and performance management.
  • Manage global technology budgets, including forecasting, procurement, and cost optimization.
  • Lead major enterprise scale installation projects and cross‑functional technology initiatives.
  • Lead new construction security design and commissioning.

GSOC Technology Enablement

  • Partner with GSOC leadership to ensure monitoring platforms are fully functional, integrated, and optimized for real‑time incident detection and response.
  • Support rollout and maintenance of global incident management, case‑tracking, and crime‑reporting software.

Training & Operational Enablement

  • Train venue leaders, security teams, and corporate partners on proper use of security systems and investigative tools.
  • Develop knowledge bases, job aids, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Partner with Operations and IT to ensure secure, consistent adoption of technology across all locations.

Cross‑Functional Partnerships

  • Work closely with Investigations, IT, Operations, Facilities, Risk, Legal, and HR on security technology needs.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert during enterprise risk reviews, incident response planning, and technology design discussions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in physical security technology, physical security systems, or enterprise security management.
  • Minimum 5- 7 years of leadership experience in a global, multi-location environment.
  • Deep technical expertise in access control, CCTV, alarms, weapons detection, GSOC platforms, and investigation/incident‑management systems.
  • Strong project management experience leading large scale technology deployments.
  • Experience supporting complex investigations with digital and video evidence.
  • Knowledge of privacy, surveillance, data retention, GDPR, and global compliance requirements.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into operational outcomes for non‑technical partners.
