Sr. KYC Compliance Officer (Remote)

In this role, you will significantly impact the KYC Compliance program, particularly as it relates to the first federally chartered digital asset bank in the U.S. Your contributions will be vital in preventing and mitigating compliance and regulatory risks, strengthening the culture of compliance within the organization. Accountabilities • Drive the execution of the EDD program to enhance compliance practices. • Build a comprehensive KYC Compliance framework to support business growth. • Lead initiatives within KYC Compliance to solve complex problems creatively. • Manage the EDD caseload efficiently through collaboration. • Collaborate across teams to understand and develop processes meeting strategic goals. • Deliver high-quality work that aligns with the mission of the organization. Requirements • 5+ years experience in BSA/AML KYC supporting US financial institutions. • 2+ years experience using blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM). • 2+ years experience conducting enhanced due diligence of institutional clients. • Comprehensive knowledge of BSA/AML and sanctions regulations. • A passion for building and enhancing compliance programs. • Proven track record for high-quality KYC work. • Ability to identify and mitigate financial crimes risk. • A keen attention to detail and a natural curiosity.
