In this role, you’ll serve as the strategic and hands-on leader for your clients’ arenaflex advertising initiatives. You’ll take full ownership of performance, partner directly with brand stakeholders, and develop bold, data-driven strategies that deliver measurable growth. Working closely with internal specialists across creative, DSP, reporting, and SEO, you’ll help shape cohesive, high-impact campaigns across both arenaflex Search and DSP. How You’ll Make an Impact • Own and manage the end-to-end advertising strategy across arenaflex Search and arenaflex DSP for a diverse client portfolio • Take a hands-on approach to campaign management — building, optimizing, and scaling initiatives to exceed KPIs • Analyze performance data to uncover insights, guide strategic pivots, and drive continuous improvement • Lead client calls and strategy sessions, serving as a trusted partner and growth advisor • Stay ahead of arenaflex’s evolving ad ecosystem, including beta programs, policy changes, and new platform features • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive alignment between advertising, branding, and retail strategy • Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and helping elevate team processes and performance • Keep clients informed on new arenaflex tools and opportunities that can unlock additional growth What Sets You Apart • 3–5+ years of experience in arenaflex Advertising (Search & DSP). • 2+ years of agency experience, managing multiple client accounts. • Expert in arenaflex Ads Console, DSP, and analytics tools like Pacvue or Perpetua. • Proven success improving ROAS, driving revenue growth, and surpassing performance goals. • arenaflex Ads and DSP Certifications preferred. • Strategic yet hands-on, always willing to roll up your sleeves to deliver results • Take ownership of your accounts and celebrate client wins as your own • Data-driven and curious, constantly testing, learning, and optimizing • Clear, confident communicator who thrives in client-facing roles and challenging situations Apply tot his job
