Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: Redmond, WA Years of Experience: 12-20 Years Onsite/ Remote: Day 1 Onsite at customer location The pay range for this role is \$80000- \$110000 Range per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of conformance and carrier testing, including the ability to lead carrier testing projects and manage teams.
  • Manage testing projects efficiently.
  • Effectively handle and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Troubleshoot test failures, perform initial triage, and document clear reproduction steps to assist engineering team.
  • Collaborate closely with Agile development teams to ensure solutions are user-focused, scalable, and operationally sound.
  • Engage in troubleshooting and issue triaging with various teams to identify root causes and drive resolutions.

Requirements

  • A technical degree in fields such as B.Tech, ECE, EE, CS, BSc, MSc or similar.
  • Possess solid knowledge of 5G NR, LTE protocols, IMS, VoLTE, and legacy 3GPP2 networks.
  • Understand AT&T processes and lab testing protocols.
  • Utilize JIRA for tracking and managing tasks.
  • Have hands-on experience with test simulators such as R&S, Anritsu, Spirent, and Keysight.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills, especially when handling time-sensitive tasks.
  • Work effectively within a team and display strong interpersonal skills.
  • Approach testing tasks with a positive attitude.
  • Be proficient in QXDM log analysis, STT, and the full TLC process.
  • Communicate well and interact confidently with clients.
  • Be familiar with GCF/PTCRB requirements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Preferably have experience collaborating with automation teams.
