Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Therapist to deliver high-quality therapeutic services to children and young adults with autism in our clinic. The ideal candidate will be someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our mission of enabling each individual to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and screenings to evaluate the speech, language, and communication needs of individuals with ASD.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide direct therapy to clients using evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with families, providing guidance and support.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • License: Must hold a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license or an eligibility letter.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Experience: Up to 2 years of experience. Recent graduates eligible to obtain a DHA license or eligibility letter are encouraged to apply.
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
    • Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English is required for clinical documentation, team collaboration, and family communication.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A strong desire to learn and specialize in autism intervention.
    • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
