This intern will support our dynamic and fast-paced baby/kids licensed apparel business.

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from June 2026 to January 2027.

What You Will Do

Work with top licensees to create best-in-class fashion products, driving strategy to gain market share and maximizing floor space to increase revenue. Responsibilities include:

  • Research and respond to licensee requests
  • Attend meetings and distribute notes to the category team 
  • Maintain and update buy boards
  • Manage Box folders (including POS, on-order, pitches, and franchise info)
  • Serve as liaison for marketing approvals
  • Maintain and distribute licensee lists
  • Work with associates on PR/Social Media requests 
  • Collect information for business analysis including trend research, and retail shopping visits/updates.
  • Provide management support in the contract and amendment process when requested
  • Prepare product presentations

Required Qualifications:

  • Skilled at managing several projects for different brands simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • A self-starter who has experience problem solving with creative solutions
  • A team player with the ability to embrace a fast-moving, action-oriented environment
  • Excellent computer literacy; Strong Proficiency in Keynote and Microsoft Office suite
  • Clear written and verbal communication for effective teamwork and stakeholder collaboration
  • The capacity to effectively prioritize tasks and promptly adjust to evolving business requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for evolving trends in apparel and accessories, coupled with a strong interest in the business aspects of the industry
  • Prior coursework in licensing

Education

  • Currently enrolled as a Senior
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at the time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization.

Additional Information

  • This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from June 15th,  2026 until January 2nd, 2027.
  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship.
  • Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, FL area.
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.
  • Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.
