Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative, data-savvy, and experienced Remote Social Media Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand identities.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
  • Schedule and publish posts, ensuring optimal timing and reach for target audiences using social media management tools.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, competitor activities, and opportunities for proactive engagement.
  • Actively engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally, and foster positive brand interactions.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creation, and continuous performance tracking and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, algorithms, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate closely with content creators, graphic designers, SEO specialists, and other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within a marketing agency setting.

  • Demonstrable experience with leading social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Later).
