About Us:
We're a Florida-based short-term rental company managing multiple Airbnb and listings. We also manage long-term rentals and handle everything from guest communication and calendar management to design and vendor coordination.
We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented remote assistant to support us with guest communication, task coordination, basic data entry, and social media content.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest messages (Airbnb, , text) within 5mins during shift
- Coordinate cleaners, handyman, and vendors using our systems
- Know how to multitask and can do it under stress
- Use to track and update daily tasks
- Manage calendar syncs across platforms
- Assist with basic bookkeeping (matching transactions, uploading receipts)
- Create 1–2 simple social media posts per week (using Canva or similar)
- Flag maintenance issues and report them promptly
You Are:
- Reliable with great written English
- Organized and responsive
- Proactive and not afraid to ask questions
- Can work in stressful positions
- Familiar with Airbnb, , or short-term rental operations
- Available on weekends without frequent schedule changes
