Shopper Marketing Brand Manager - Amazon

Position Overview

In this role as Marketing Manager for the Amazon team, you will partner with field sales, cross-functional teams, agency partners, and business units to build and execute marketing plans and campaigns that drive sales and build share on the Amazon platform. This role offers a Hybrid workplace arrangement with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy a full-funnel media strategy across multiple brands; manage and optimize media budgets (>$30M) to drive sales, share, and spend efficiency targets.
  • Partner with Amazon field sales, marketing, cross-functional teams, BU brand teams, and Amazon to create retail media plans that support key priorities and brand-building share growth initiatives.
  • Lead the retail media relationship with agency partners to implement, optimize, and report on Amazon campaigns.
  • Utilize agency tools and internal metrics to refine plans, measure KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion, SOV, CPC, CTR, ROAS), and derive actionable insights.
  • Analyze, assess, and communicate campaign results to key stakeholders with varying levels of media knowledge.
  • Support the Connected Customer Planning (CCP) and One Demand Planning (ODP) processes to integrate retail media plans into long-range strategies.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of brand business strategies, performance, and category dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Incorporate external digital best practices into strategies and create learning plans to continuously improve campaign performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in retail, media, and/or brand marketing for consumer brands
  • Experience or an accelerated eligibility track for candidates with previous media and/or Amazon experience
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with multiple functions, agencies, and external partners
  • Highly versed in data analytics with a focus on developing actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to build relationships with senior leaders
  • Proactive, influential, and capable of independently building and implementing strategic plans
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a big-picture perspective
  • Results-oriented with excellent time management and prioritization skills

    • Zone A: $128,000 – $252,200
    • Zone B: $117,400 – $231,200
    • Zone C: $106,700 – $210,200
