Detailed Job Description

As part of Tech Mahindra’s ServiceNow practice, you will join a high-performing technical team responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions across varied domains such as ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, automation, AI/ML, and platform workflows. Depending on your role, you will lead module development, architect integrations, enhance CMDB health, implement orchestrations, or contribute to GenAI-powered digital experiences. You will also collaborate closely with architects, functional consultants, QA engineers, and clients to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow implementations. These positions offer the chance to innovate, work with cutting‑edge ServiceNow capabilities, and contribute to complex enterprise deployments across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, HRSD, etc.)
  • Build and maintain workflows, orchestrations, automation scripts, and integrations
  • Support ITOM discovery, service mapping, and CMDB enhancements
  • Develop AI/ML and GenAI-based solutions using ServiceNow-native features
  • Perform migration, data transformation, and platform upgrades
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and service deliveryConduct thorough testing and validation for new features and enhancements (QA roles)
  • Prepare documentation, technical specifications, and reports as needed

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Relevant experience matching the corresponding role (3–10 years across different profiles)
  • Strong hands‑on skills with ServiceNow platform configuration and development
  • Expertise in one or more modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Integrations, Orchestration, AI/ML
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub (role‑dependent)
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management
