About the Position
Gianni's Restaurant at The Villa Casa Casuarina is seeking experienced and professional servers to join our team at one of Miami Beach's most iconic luxury dining destinations. The Server will provide exceptional dining service, guide guests through the menu, and ensure a memorable and elevated dining experience in a refined and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive, professional, and personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience.
  • Present menus, explain specials, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, wine, and cocktails.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to requests or concerns.
  • Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management.
  • Process guest payments and handle transactions accurately.
  • Assist with table maintenance, including clearing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness
  • Uphold the restaurant's standards for luxury hospitality, professionalism, and presentation.


Qualifications
  • Previous serving experience in a restaurant, fine dining, or upscale hospitality environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and guest service skills.
  • Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume setting.
  • Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service is a plus.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
