This role is an exciting opportunity for an organized, self-driven individual to work with our clients on implementation of new accounts, to help end-clients adapt their operations to our customer’s software platform.</p><p><strong><u>What You Will Do:</u></strong></p><ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Act as the Subject Matter expert on the customer software platform applications across multiple end-clients. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Train consultants in the best practice use and implementation methodology of the software platform. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Analyze and find solutions for escalated decisions, risks, issues and change requests during the day-to-day interactions with the client and project team. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Manage end-client expectations to increase perception of competence, skill, and customer focus of the software project team. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Manage end-client expectations to increase perception of value in the software applications to their business and profitability. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Mentor/Develop consultants to grow their skills with applying software applications in their specific end-client’s warehouse operations. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Ensure project teams follow the specific software implementation methodology to meet and exceed expectations of end-clients concerning functionality, timeline and budget. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Provide suggested improvement to the software implementation methodologies to improve impact on profitability. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Excellent requirements gathering skills to gather and interpret all necessary information including technical requirements for implementations. </li></ul><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><u>What You Will Bring:</u></strong></p><ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management / logistics preferred. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Previous software implementation experience with WMS/WES/WCS or similar applications. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Previous consulting experience working with and leading customers. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, SmartSheets and Azure DevOps. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Keen attention to detail with strong follow through skills. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Disciplined, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and to work autonomously. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relay information in a timely manner, especially requirements gathering. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Ability to decipher application output error logs. </li><li style="text-align:justify;">Knowledge to read and develop SQL is preferred.  </li></ul><p style="text-align:justify;"> </p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Pay Range: </strong>$55 - $63 per hour</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><i>Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. </i></p><p><strong><u>Work Requirements:</u></strong><span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);"> This role is considered a remote position with extensive travels to end-client locations throughout North America.</span></p><ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Some weekend/night work required as needed.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Standing and walking for long periods of time.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Occasional climbing on steps, scaffolding, and/or mezzanines.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Sitting in and/or driving a vehicle for a long period of time.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Working with computers for a long period of time.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Working in office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Possible exposure to noise levels exceeding recommended DBA levels.</li></ul><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><u>Travel Requirements:</u></strong><span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);color:rgb(82,82,82);"> Due to the nature of the work, there may be travel up to 70% of the time.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"> </p><br><br>
