Senior Media Buyer – Performance Marketing

We are a Canada-based performance marketing company focused on scaling high-quality traffic across the US market through CPL and CPS campaigns. Our core verticals include Refinance, Insurance, Home Services, Finance, and Nutra (including GLP-1 related offers).

We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Media Buyer with a strong understanding of campaign economics, structured testing, and data-driven optimization to scale profitable campaigns across paid acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns targeting the US market
  • Scale and optimize campaigns across major paid traffic platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key performance metrics
  • Manage and scale advertising budgets while maintaining profitability targets
  • Work closely with creative teams to test and improve ad creatives and landing pages
  • Continuously test new strategies, audiences, and creatives to improve campaign performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in performance media buying
  • Proven experience running US-based CPL or CPS campaigns
  • Strong hands-on experience with at least one major paid traffic platform such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), NewsBreak, or Snapchat
  • Familiarity with the RedTrack tracking platform
  • Experience working with verticals such as Refinance, Insurance, Home Services, Finance, or Nutra (GLP-1 offers)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data
