Senior Marketing Analytics Manager (Enterprise Accounts)

About the Role

As a Strategic Operations Manager, you will sit at the intersection of data science, commercial strategy, and relationship management. You will be the primary architect of growth for the UK’s most iconic restaurant brands—from local gems like Rosa’s Thai to national powerhouses like KFC and Pret.

Working within our high-impact Enterprise "Pod", you will use SQL and advanced analytics to diagnose operational friction, identify untapped revenue levers, and present "board-ready" insights to C-suite stakeholders. Your goal is simple: make Uber Eats the most profitable and reliable partner for the biggest names in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

The Analytical Engine: Deep-dive into complex datasets using SQL to uncover why a brand is winning or losing. You’ll build the automated dashboards and "Brand Health Scorecards" that move the needle on UKI-wide performance.

Strategic Advisory: You aren't a support function; you are a consultant. You will lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), using data-driven storytelling to influence executive-level partners on their delivery strategy.

Operational Excellence: Own the "Ops Health" of your portfolio. You’ll identify systemic issues before they escalate, streamlining courier hand-offs and kitchen efficiency to drive top-line growth.

Cross-Functional Advocacy: Serve as the "Voice of the Merchant" internally. You’ll partner with Ads, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our platform evolves to meet the needs of our highest-value partners.

Revenue Growth: Identify "levers" for expansion—whether that’s geographical growth, menu optimization, or new product adoption—and deliver measurable revenue uplift over your first 6 months.

What We’re Looking For:

The Data Specialist: You are proficient in SQL (editing/manipulating is a must; writing from scratch is a plus). You don’t just report numbers; you find the "so what?" behind them.

The Executive Presence: You can walk into a room with a CEO and explain complex operational data in a way that is clear, persuasive, and actionable.

The "Hustle" Mentality: You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are willing to "get in the weeds" to solve a partner's crisis one hour and pivot to a long-term growth strategy the next.

Commercial Acumen: You understand the unit economics of the food delivery business. You know how operational efficiency (like lowering wait times) translates directly into P&L impact.

Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better. Here, bold ideas create real-world impact, challenges drive growth, and speed fuelds progress. What moves us, moves the world - let’s move it forward, together.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office. For certain roles, such as those based at green-light hubs, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time. Please speak with your recruiter to better understand in-office expectations for this role.

*Accommodations may be available based on religious and/or medical conditions, or as required by applicable law.
