Job Description As a Senior Business Strategy & AI Advisor, you will lead a cross-functional team in the delivery of Advisory offerings in Business Strategy and AI, Business Strategy, and Business Advisory Services. You will partner with clients to shape and execute strategies that leverage AI technologies and innovative approaches for measurable business outcomes, ensuring responsible, scalable, and human-centric adoption as well as overall business readiness and enablement. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and implementation value, innovation, and organizational preparedness for transformation—leading clients and internal teams through ambiguity into clarity and value. You will provide strategic leadership to ensure that decision-making aligns to long term objectives for realized value as the trusted advisor for our clients. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership • Advise clients on business strategy, including leadership alignment, policies and procedures, governance, Centers of Excellence, process evaluation, and organizational design/development. • Contribute to the continued development of the AI Advisory vision and roadmap, aligning offerings and methods with Advisory leadership. • Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, guiding organizations from AI readiness assessment through enterprise-scale adoption. • Position Advisory as the strategic entry point for AI engagements, connecting business objectives, KPIs, and transformation outcomes. Offerings & IP Development • Deliver and support continued development of Business Advisory offerings and cross-discipline offerings within the Advisory subdomain. • Contribute to the continued development of repeatable AI Advisory offerings (AI Starter, AI Value Accelerator, Copilot Readiness, Governance frameworks, etc.). • Create frameworks, accelerators, and playbooks that integrate AI maturity models (arenaflex, NIST, arenaflex, Ng) and Responsible AI practices. • Contribute to the evolution of Advisory’s portfolio through thought leadership, case studies, and market insights. Client Engagement & Outcomes • Facilitate engaging conversations, workshops, and interviews for meaningful discovery that lead to insights, business intelligence, and recommendations. • Lead C-suite workshops, envisioning sessions, and transformation roadmaps, translating AI into measurable business value. • Partner with cross-functional teams (UX, data, technical, change management) to deliver holistic, human-centered solutions. • Ensure delivery of measurable value, operational efficiency, and sustainable adoption for clients. Capability Building • Mentor Advisory consultants in AI fluency, client strategy, and facilitation skills. • Support hiring, onboarding, and upskilling the Advisory team to strengthen our AI bench. • Actively contribute to internal AI Center of Excellence (COE) and cross-practice enablement. Qualifications • Business Strategy & Advisory: Proven experience in business strategy, value realization, and technology-enabled transformation. • AI & Data Expertise: Understanding of AI governance, generative AI, Copilot/LLM ecosystems, data maturity, and RAG architectures. • Technology Awareness: Familiarity with arenaflex platforms (Azure, M365 Copilot, D365, Power Platform, Fabric/Databricks). • Workshop Facilitation: Skilled in strategic roadmapping, design thinking, and executive-level facilitation. • Change Leadership: Ability to drive adoption, manage risk, and embed responsible, ethical AI practices. • Human-Centric Leadership: High EQ, creativity, and a passion for building high-performing, future-ready teams. Education, Certifications & Background • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • arenaflex AI-900 (required); AI-102 (preferred). • PROSCI or equivalent change management certification (preferred) • 10+ years of experience in business strategy, advisory, or consulting, with a focus on AI, analytics, or digital transformation. • Track record of executive engagement and trusted advisor relationships at senior levels.
