<strong>Aurora, IL (Hybrid) | United States</strong><br><br><strong>Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Sennheiser Americas</strong><br><br>As the key non-trade marketing leader for Sennheiser in the US, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading digital activation, eCommerce integration, data analytics, and brand marketing strategy. This role collaborates cross-functionally to develop and execute impactful regional marketing initiatives aligned with global priorities.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Lead development and execution of regional digital marketing strategy (email, website, automation, D2C promotions)</li><li>Analyze and report on Circana point-of-sale data to inform market trends and drive insights</li><li>Align digital campaigns with D2C, sales, and trade marketing teams</li><li>Manage agency relationships and digital campaign performance reporting (KPI/ROI)</li><li>Drive Shopify-related post-purchase workflows</li><li>Act as primary regional liaison with global digital marketing workstreams</li><li>Coordinate campaign kickoffs and strategy inputs through project platforms (e.g., Trello)</li><li>Partner with sales leadership to ensure alignment with omni-channel marketing plans</li></ul><br><br><strong>More about you:</strong><br><ul><li>Degree in Marketing; MBA preferred</li><li>8+ years in brand and digital marketing (FMCG, CPG, or CE sectors ideal)</li><li>5+ years of advanced experience with Circana/point-of-sale analytics</li><li>Strong experience with Shopify and digital commerce workflows</li><li>Highly analytical with strong data translation, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills</li><li>Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong executive presence and business acumen</li><li>Comfortable in a hybrid environment and navigating ambiguity</li></ul><br>A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova.<br><br>Don't meet all the criteria?
