Established for over 65 years, our professional, innovative service sets the standards in the industry for others to follow.</p> <p>We are seeking Site Supervisors with Concrete Repair experience to carry out works to the contract specification and assist management with the day to day running of projects whilst maintaining quality, safety, and production rates.</p> <p>As our <strong>Senior Site Supervisor</strong> you will assume responsibility for:</p> <ul> <li>Delegating duties to site operatives</li> <li>Representing the company at site meetings</li> <li>Motivating, coaching, encouraging, supporting, & providing guidance to operatives </li> <li>Supervision of Sub-Contractors</li> <li>Maintaining accurate site records including site measurement sheets, site diary, plant and labour returns, goods received sheets, and QA Records</li> <li>Carry out toolbox talks, site inductions, and site inspections</li> <li>Raising materials, plant & PPE requisitions for hire / purchase</li> <li>Maintaining photographic record of site activities</li> <li>Carry out works in compliance with instructions</li> <li>Assist with maintaining a clean and tidy site</li> <li>Contribute to our uncompromising health & safety for all mission by ensuring company SHEQ, and all other procedures are followed</li> </ul> <p><strong>In order to be successful in this role you must have: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Significant experience in a similar role within the Construction Industry</li> <li>Ability to read and understand Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)</li> <li>Ability to manage and mentor other Operatives and Site Supervisors</li> <li>Collaborative approach to communication with Client / Supply Chain & Site Team</li> <li>Maintained working knowledge of Breakout & Repair Preparation, Water Pressure Cleaning, Basic Hand Placed Repair, Painting, Basic Shutter Repairs, Level Coat, Fairing Coat & Complex Hand Placed Repair methods</li> <li>CSCS Card (Gold)</li> <li>Health & Safety Awareness (CITB) </li> <li>NVQ Level 3: Occupational Work Supervision, or equivalent level of qualification in a Construction related discipline</li> <li>First Aid at Work</li> <li>SSSTS</li> <li>SEATS (Environmental) - Desirable</li> <li>CISRS: Basic Scaffold Inspection - Desirable</li> <li>Temporary Works Co-Ordinator (CITB) - Desirable</li> <li>Full UK Driver s Licence</li> </ul> <p>If you feel you have the skills and experience to be considered for this role, click on apply today forwarding and up to date copy of your CV for consideration in the first instance</p> <p>No agencies please.</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?VR29rTdl0CSVVt5HZUP5sQh" width="0" height="0" />
