About the Role

M Moser Associates is a global workplace interior design firm dedicated to creating transformative environments for people and organizations.

We are expanding our Brand Experience (BE) capability in Southeast Asia to support high-profile North America projects.

As a Senior Brand Experience Designer, you will lead the creative development of integrated graphics, environmental branding, signage & wayfinding, and digital storytelling within interior spaces.

This role sits at the intersection of graphic design and interior design, crafting brand expressions that connect people with the culture and purpose of an organization through spatial experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative direction for brand experience systems: environmental graphics, signage & wayfinding, digital displays, and experiential storytelling.
  • Develop concepts, mood boards, sketches, prototypes, and final production artwork.
  • Collaborate with interior designers and architects to integrate graphics seamlessly into spatial environments.
  • Prepare technical documentation, fabrication details, and vendor-ready specifications.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to developing regional best practices in environmental branding.
  • Stay current with design trends, material innovation, and digital technology in experiential environments.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Interior Design (or related field).
  • 7–10+ years of professional experience with a strong portfolio in environmental graphics, signage/wayfinding, or experiential design.
  • Strong understanding of spatial design and interior environments (prior interior experience is a plus but not required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D visualization tools, and familiarity with fabrication and materials.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) for presentations and documentation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with remote, cross-regional teams across time zones.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in driving creative outcomes.
