Senior Administrator / Executive Assistant (Part-Time)

£38,000 – £45,000 pro rata | 25–35 hours per week

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Administrator / Executive Assistant to join a growing hospitality business (fast food) in a role that goes far beyond traditional administrative support.

This is a position of real trust and responsibility, working closely with the business owner and acting as an extension of them within the organisation. The successful candidate will have access to confidential information, including communications and operational matters, so discretion, integrity, and loyalty are absolutely essential.

While this role will involve supporting the business owner directly, it is also a central administrative role for the wider business, helping to keep everything running smoothly. The work will be varied, fast-paced, and often evolving as the business grows.

We are looking for someone highly organised, proactive, and experienced, who enjoys being involved in many aspects of a business and is comfortable taking ownership of a wide range of tasks.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Acting as a trusted support to the business owner, helping to manage communications, emails and priorities
  • Providing administrative support across the whole business
  • Organising and planning community events and staff events
  • Supporting and coordinating DEI initiatives and events within the restaurant
  • Managing relationships and communication with service providers and external partners
  • Stakeholder and community relationship management
  • Managing expenses and administrative processes
  • Coordinating internal activities such as staff birthdays and celebrations
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects and operational tasks as the business develops

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Trustworthy, discreet and dependable
  • An experienced senior administrator or executive assistant/PA
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • A strong communicator with excellent relationship management skills
  • Adaptable and happy working in a role where no two days are the same
  • Practical and willing to get involved wherever needed

Working arrangements

  • Hybrid working – initially home-based, with a mix of working from home and from a central Bristol office once established
  • Driving will be required due to the nature of events and business needs
  • Part-time role: 25–35 hours per week
  • Initially around 25 hours across 3 days (approx. 8–9 hours per day)
  • Monday and Tuesday are required working days, with the third/fourth day flexible
  • Occasional weekend work may be required for community events (no more than approximately once per month)

Salary

£38,000 – £45,000 pro rata, depending on experience.
