Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Secretary/Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and managing administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and handle document proofreading to ensure accuracy
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record keeping
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining office cleanliness
  • Support administrative functions including typing correspondence, managing appointments, and handling mail

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Experience with office management systems like QuickBooks is preferred
