Branch Support Assistant – Residential Sales and Lettings (Office based/Saturdays only)

Pedder is a family owned and run, high performing property services company. With 9 branches across the South East of London, our passion for property, and aim to be South East London’s Premier Agent we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Saturday support team.

Whilst experience in estate agency is not essential, we do ask that you only apply if you have had previous experience in a customer facing role, are confident in lone working, and that your values align with our own!

At Pedder no day is ever the same, however below you will find a brief outline of some of your key supportive duties:

  • Registering new applicants for both sales and lettings.
  • Preparing paperwork for the sales and lettings team as required.
  • Updating property information on the relevant portals.
  • Greeting clients into the branch and providing a welcoming and positive office environment.
  • Field telephone calls, taking accurate messages and ensuring that are dealt with promptly.
  • Diary management – arranging viewings and booking appointments.
  • Be aware of the office portfolio and current stock.
  • General office administration.
  • To act in a professional capacity at all times, offering a high level of service.
  • Go the extra mile for clients and applicants.

This is an office based role only. No property viewings will be required.

Important note: there will be a large amount of lone working involved in this role.

Hours and Salary:

Saturday – 10:00-16:00

£15 per hour

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00 per hour
