Sales Support activities 

  • Ensure the team is meeting client deliverables in a cost-effective manner, including all service level agreements; actively work with the team as needed to address any capacity or quality concerns quickly and proactively. 

  • Analyze and report on all campaign results to guide sales and business leads on how to improve future initiatives and ensure that campaign activities are optimized to support business objectives.   

Business awareness 

  • Ability to gain in-depth knowledge of lead generation and sales support capabilities, and carry a high-level understanding of the breadth of global Sales Ops suite of services

  • Collaborate with sales/marketing and business leaders in developing global and regional sales support campaigns and delivering planned performance which creates opportunities to reduce operational bottlenecks, on-time client delivery and process excellence.   

Excellence  

  • Ensure compliance with professional excellence policies and procedures and help drive employee engagement. 

  • Supports a team of lead generation and sales support specialists to deliver campaigns on schedule and with 100% accuracy. 

  • Ensure work is handed off efficiently between doer and peer reviewer and effectively across different teams as needed. 

  • Develop and recommend standardized work processes, tools, and methodologies that improve quality and efficiency including those focused on AI-enablement

  • Provide operations updates which may include operational/financial performance, continuous improvement initiatives, resource needs, etc.   

     

People  

  • Provide performance coaching to specialists, continuously identifying learning opportunities from daily work and reinforcing positive work habits/behaviors.  

  • Develop good working relationships and foster collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders from across the practice.  

Clients  

  • Support the completion of sales and marketing support campaigns in the various regions

  • Assist analysts in prioritizing work across multiple campaigns/projects by ensuring they understand deadlines, level of effort required, and client priorities.  

Financial  

  • Work towards achieving sales revenue targets of the business  

  • Attain targets and complete the objectives of the campaign using the suggested approach and in the recommended timing 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2 or more years successful experience in providing resource management and leadership. 

  • Strong technical, project management, business analysis and organizational skills. 

  • Proven leadership experience in achieving successful project/campaign outcomes.  

  • Ability to complete multiple projects within established deadlines

  • Experience with a CRM system (i.e. MS Dynamics, SPM, CIS, etc.), familiarity with MS Office 365 suite, plus an ability to grasp new software quickly. 

  • Experience working on lead generation, renewal/pricing support, sales data research and e-signature administration, client inquiries management is a plus

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. 

  • Proven ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with team members at all levels within and outside of the Manila hub to effectively deliver on internal and external client needs.  

  • Ability to work with teams within multiple geographic locations. 

  • Eager to work with some flexibility in the EMEA or North America shift for the most part
