Sales Representative + Sign-on Bonus

As DaBella expands nationwide this year, we’re building an elite team of Sales Representatives who are trained to step into a proven system to maximize their income potential. This is more than filling a role, we’re looking to set up the right people for their biggest year yet.

The Role-

  • WARM LEADSall of them, no calling, no door knocking, closing sales only!
  • Uncover customer needs and wants, pitch home-improvement solutions same day
  • Total ownership of your income with uncapped bonus opportunities
  • Rapid career growth plans through our esteemed Sales Manager and General Manager in Training programs
  • Ongoing mentorship from leadership – unlock tools to be successful in more than just your current role.

The Pay-

  • Earn while you learn: $1,750 during the training period.
  • Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$90,000
  • Top performers earn $150k+ annually
  • Unparalleled and unlimited income potential – expect rewards that match your dedication.
  • $4,000 sign-on bonus, this will be paid $333 weekly over 12 weeks upon completion of new hire training. The full bonus will be fully dependent upon completing the 12 weeks of initial training.

Requirements

  • Availability Monday through Saturday.
  • Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Willing to travel within designated sales territory.
  • Working cell phone with data plan.
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus (not required)
